Shipping

We offer shipping throughout Thailand. We ship via Thai Post Logistics and all shipments will be fully insured. A series BBQ grills (over 25kg) are a flat rate  ฿1,500.00, B series are ฿750.00, pellet grills are ฿2,000.00. Delivery is to your local thai logipost post office. Email us sales@bbqgrillsthai.com 

We can deliver to the port of Laem Chabang for ฿1,000.00

Returns

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. All deliveries are fully insured — if your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within [3 days] of delivery at sales@bbqgrillsthai.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival before signing for it where possible.
