Please note: A PID controller regulates fuel and airflow, but it cannot actively cool ambient air. In hot tropical climates like Thailand, ambient outdoor temperatures and direct sunlight naturally set a physical minimum operating temperature for your grill. While this controller maintains exceptional stability at low smoke settings, true cold smoking below ambient outdoor temperature requires external cold-smoke accessories.
